The Wardogs Discord bot may process information supplied by Discord in order to provide features on Thumbs.gg.

- Server display name
- Discord avatar
- Membership of the Thumbs.gg Discord server

- Current voice-channel membership
- Voice-channel names
2. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
The Wardogs Discord bot is not designed to collect or store Discord passwords, payment information, private messages, or the contents of Discord conversations.
Message Content access is not required for the normal operation of the Thumbs.gg website or Wardogs integration.

5. Data Retention
Thumbs.gg is designed primarily to display current Discord information rather than maintain a historical record of individual member activity.
Temporary or cached information may be stored where required for the operation, performance, or reliability of the website and Discord integration.
Cached information may be replaced or removed as updated information is received from Discord.
6. Voice Activity
The Wardogs integration may process current Discord voice-state information to determine whether members are currently connected to approved voice channels.
Thumbs.gg is not intended to maintain historical logs showing when an individual joined or left a voice channel unless this policy is updated to reflect such functionality in the future.
7. Data Sharing
Thumbs.gg does not sell Discord user information.
Information may be processed by services and infrastructure reasonably required to operate the Thumbs.gg website and Wardogs Discord integration.
8. Removal Requests
Members who do not wish their Discord information to appear publicly on Thumbs.gg may request removal through the official Thumbs.gg Discord server.
Where practical, Thumbs.gg may exclude a member from public website displays while allowing them to remain a member of the Discord server.
9. Discord
Discord processes information independently under its own terms and privacy policies.
Thumbs.gg receives information through Discord's APIs and does not control Discord's independent collection or processing of user information.
10. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the systems operating Thumbs.gg and the Wardogs integration.
Discord authentication credentials and bot tokens are not intentionally exposed through the public website.
11. Changes to This Policy
